Cooking process:

First you need to select small potato tubers, rinse them and then peel them. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and wash again. It needs to be dried a little, I just put it in a colander and wait until all the water drains.

Then, in a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, sea salt, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, ground paprika and aromatic herbs (to taste), you can add dried dill or basil to the composition. Mix everything thoroughly and pour the prepared potatoes with the resulting mixture. Leave the potatoes in the oil mixture for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, we shift the potatoes into a sleeve or a baking bag, carefully fasten with fasteners. Next, you need to make several small holes in the bag so that excess steam comes out of it, thereby allowing the potatoes to become golden brown during baking.
