Cover the dish with lids, placing them on one side, as in the photo, so that hot air comes out. Then the liquid will not boil violently. Send the roast to the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees. Cook the dish for 40-50 minutes.

Serve directly in pots or arrange on plates.
