How to cook meatballs with grated potatoes

We take a suitable container. We move minced meat previously defrosted for homemade cutlets into it.

We wash the potatoes, peel them in a convenient way. We use a small grater for further grinding.

The following ingredients for the formation of cutlet mass are onion (regular) and garlic. We just finely chop the onion. By the way, it can also be rubbed. Pass the peeled garlic clove through a press.

    First, peel the potatoes, onions and garlic. Cut everything coarsely (arbitrary pieces) and put a knife into a blender bowl with a nozzle.

    Fry the cutlets in a well-heated frying pan in oil on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes each. The fire should not be strong, then they will cook evenly.

    At the very end, pour a little water into the pan and steam the cutlets under the lid for 10 minutes - the steam that forms will make the minced meat more lush and juicy, bring the meat and potatoes to full readiness. If you wish, you can stew cutlets not just with water, but in tomato sauce, then you get a delicious gravy.
