Cooking dough for pies
We get milk from the refrigerator. In order for the yeast dough to quickly come up, you need the milk to be at room temperature. Warm it up in the microwave.
We take a deep container: pour warm milk into it, add salt, yeast and sugar. Mix these ingredients well. Next, leave the mixture for 7-10 minutes so that the yeast begins to act.

Add vegetable oil. For convenience, we measure this product with a glass, 100 ml is half an ordinary glass. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Add flour through a sieve to avoid lumps. It is better to add this product in portions, 200 g each. Gently mix all the components of the dough.

The resulting yeast dough for pies must be covered with a kitchen towel or other cloth and put in a warm place.

Stuffing for pies
