Preparing a salad with pears and cheese

First, toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan. I usually buy peeled ones, so I wash them well and fry them until they are dry and golden.


For this salad with pears and cheese, of course, you can simply chop and mix everything, but if you want to decorate the festive table with it, then I will show you how to lay out the ingredients beautifully so that the salad looks as advantageous as possible.

So, ideally, take an oblong plate, but round, square and even triangular are fine. We take washed and dried lettuce leaves and make a row of them.

Pears are first cut in half, cut out the seed box (it is easily removed from pears) and then we make such thin long slices. Spread a few on our lettuce leaves.
