1. Salad with seafood

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 250-300 g.
  • half a lemon
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Canned cocktail "Seafood in its own juice" - 250-300 g.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

Cooking:

1. Grate eggs.

2. Cheese is also grated. In general, to make the salad more tender, it is best to grate all the ingredients.

3. Mix cheese with grated eggs.

4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the cheese with eggs.

Cooking:

1. The first thing we need to do is prepare the ingredients: Boil eggs, potatoes, carrots.

2. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes

3. Cut the potatoes into cubes as well

4. Grate carrots on a coarse grater

5. Onion - cut the leek into rings
