Leave in the kitchen at room temperature overnight. During this time, periodically shake the contents. For salting in this way, it is convenient to use a jar with a tfist-off screw cap. If you need lightly salted tomatoes quickly, then try it in a day, but they will become tastiest in 2-3 days. In the same way, we prepare quick salted green and brown tomatoes.
