Perhaps this is the most boring type of sandwich, but it can also be brought to life by turning it into a masterpiece.

A separate category is sandwich cakes, which, in fact, are one huge sandwich with a complex filling. The cake is served whole, but is immediately cut into pieces and turned into ordinary ... pieces of bread with cheese, ham or fish. Solemn, beautiful, grandiose, but, frankly, not very convenient. But it's festive!

Absolutely any bread is used for sandwiches - choose from wheat to rye, from white to black, bran and with seeds, long loaf and “brick”, buns and brioches, baguettes and pita bread. Have you chosen? And yet, the options don't end there.

toasts- dried pieces of bread that happily crunch and crumble in the mouth with hundreds of cheerful crumbs. Toast- fried bread, in butter or batter, soaked in milk or egg; it is incredibly tasty on the outside (ruddy, with an appetizing crust) and soft on the inside (moist and juicy). Thin bread- a dietary option that is great with curd mousses, shiny pieces of fish, transparent slices of cheese. Lush rolls ideal for sandwiches.

But even with the listed options, the world of sandwiches does not close. It is much wider, richer and tastier than any words. However, someday you have to stop ... at least in order to have a bite to eat with another sandwich, valan or tart.

Culinary experts around the world agree that sandwiches are so popular because they can be served with anything from meat, fish and cheese to fruit and sweet spreads. In addition, the preparation of sandwiches takes a minimum of time, and there is no need to talk about the complexity of cooking - the process is extremely simple.

Quick sandwiches are the most commonly eaten breakfast worldwide. Even yoghurts, muesli and scrambled eggs are left behind.

Four out of five people eat sandwiches for breakfast in various variations: toast, bruschetta, sandwiches, etc. That is why we decided to make a selection of light sandwiches that will diversify both everyday and festive tables.

Quick sandwiches can also be useful. The recipe for this dish with cottage cheese is very simple and is suitable for a snack, for a snack or breakfast.

Cooking: Mix 200 g of cottage cheese with 50 g of sour cream, add a bunch of finely chopped greens. Mix well. Spread the curd mass on black bread with bran.

Diet light sandwiches with cottage cheese

The recipe is somewhat similar to the previous one, but still differs from it.
