    In winter, returning home from work in the dark, there is neither strength nor desire left for cooking. But everyone wants to eat something hearty and hot. And why not get a jar of lazy stuffed cabbage from the refrigerator in this case?

    Ingredients:

    • Cabbage - 0.85 kg
    • Carrots - 250 gr
    • R-th onion - 100 gr
    • Pepper with th - 200 gr
    • Garlic - 4 cloves
    • Rice - 100 gr
    • Oil solution - 70 ml
    • Sugar sand - 50 gr
    • Acetic acid - 30 ml

    Let's get to the rice. Boil it until half cooked and rinse. This will keep it crisp.

    Saute chopped onions and carrots until softened and golden. It is best to fry them over medium heat.

    For frying, add chopped peppers and cabbage. You can chop the latter, or cut into checkers. Stew the vegetable mixture for about 10 minutes, and then add spices and salt.

    It remains to introduce tomato slices. Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin, cut into slices and send to the saucepan.

    After the tomatoes, send rice to the vegetables. Mix the contents and leave to simmer for 40 minutes. A couple of minutes before the end of the stew, pour in the vinegar.

    Pack the prepared cabbage mixture in sterile liters. Canned cabbage rolls should be cooled like any other workpiece - in a warm blanket. Store jars in the refrigerator or on the balcony.

    Ingredients:

    • Chinese cabbage / white cabbage - 0.3 kg
    • Medium fat pork (minced meat) - 0.3 kg

    • Onion - 50 gr
    • Sour cream 15-20% - 100-130 gr
