But let's get to the recipe. First we need the wings themselves. I buy wings at the market, just cut in front of me. For the recipe, take the following proportions.

To prepare the wings we need:

2 kg. chicken wings

3 teaspoons spices

2 teaspoons salt

50 grams of vegetable oil

2 teaspoons mustard

We add our specially prepared spices. Our spices consist of: paprika, coriander, suneli hops, red pepper, dried tomatoes, curry. All this can be purchased from us on the market, and you can even buy a ready-made mixture.

This water, when boiled with steam, pours over lying potatoes and wings. And as a result, they become more juicy and tender. But if you add a lot of water there, then you get just boiled potatoes with onions. And we love more baked onions and baked wings. We love potatoes in any form.

We send all this to a preheated oven to 250 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

This is the beauty we have. Before we give children chicken wings, we separate the meat from the bone and skin, yet there are still many different hormones and cholesterol in the skin.

  • 80 grams of good hard cheese.
