You will need:

  • slightly salted red fish - 300 grams,
  • crab sticks - 200 grams,
  • soft cream cheese - 200 grams,
  • dill - 1 small bunch,
  • olives - 50 grams.

Cooking:

To prepare holiday snacks for the New Year in the form of bells, find the right cups in the right shape. Line the bottom of the cups with a sheet of cling film so that there is a wide edge for wrapping.

Take red fish and cut into thin wide plates. With these plates, lay out the cups from the inside, this will be the outer layer and the base of the bells. Lay the fish so that the edges can be wrapped.

Grate crab sticks and mix with soft cheese. Finely chop the dill and add to the crab sticks with cheese. Lightly salt to taste and mix thoroughly. For the filling, we will take crab sticks and cheese, but if you wish, you can make it from your favorite salad, just for this it will need to be cut very finely. You can take cheese, meat, fish salads, they all go very well with cucumbers, so it will definitely turn out delicious. Feel free to experiment. It will work especially well with salads that include cucumber, that is, its taste will already be included in the recipe, but instead of putting it inside, it will be outside. In general, this idea is almost universal and convenient.

You will need:

  • cucumbers - 2-3 large pieces with small seeds,
  • crab sticks - 200 grams,
  • hard cheese - 150 grams,
  • greenery,
  • mayonnaise,

Cooking:

Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater or finely chop with a knife. Grate the cheese too. Finely chop quite a bit of greens, 1-2 branches. Wash the cucumbers and cut lengthwise into very thin slices. To do this, it is better to take a very sharp knife. Now put a spoonful of stuffing on one end of the cucumber slice and wrap it in a tube. Cucumbers are quite resilient vegetables, so to keep them from unfolding, pierce them with a snack skewer or a toothpick.

For decoration, put some green leaves and pieces of crab sticks. It is best to serve immediately, while the cucumbers are still fresh and crispy. Festive cucumber snacks are ready! Invite guests to the table!

The Christmas tree is one of the most important symbols of the New Year, so it's not surprising that treats, and especially holiday snacks, just want to be decorated in the form of a Christmas tree. This is not so difficult to do, especially with a little imagination and more greenery. Also look for salted crackers for coasters.

You will need:

  • eggs - 3 pcs,
  • processed cheese - 200 grams,
  • garlic - 2 cloves,
  • dill greens - 1 bunch,
  • mayonnaise,
  • unsweetened crackers - 10-15 pieces,

Cooking:

Hard boil eggs and peel. Then grate them on a fine grater, yolks and whites together.
