Hot dog with Korean carrot. Hot dog with Korean carrot Carrot for hot dog
Cooked at home hot dogs, are incredibly tasty and satisfying. Today I decided to cook this dish with Korean carrots, which I made in advance. Here you can learn how to cook easily and quickly Korean carrot. Since the sausages turned out to be shorter than the buns, I used one and a half sausages for each hot dog, which I didn’t boil in advance, but baked with the bun in the oven. The bun turned out to be very crispy and tasty, and only then I put Korean carrots. My son just loves this dish.
For cooking hot dog with Korean carrots we will need:
- 4 hot dog buns
- 6 sausages (one and a half for each hot dog)
- Korean carrot
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- parsley
So, let's start cooking delicious hot dogs.
Cut each bun lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
At the beginning grease the bun with mustard, then ketchup, then mayonnaise, then put the sausage. In the photo, I photographed in stages, so that it is clear.
The number of products can be laid down to your liking, because someone likes ketchup more, someone likes mustard. I laid down, approximately in equal proportions, only a little less mustard.
Posting hot dogs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the bun becomes crispy.
We take the buns out of the oven and put Korean carrots on top of each hot dog.
Finely chop the parsley and crush our hot dogs with it.
I decorated the top Hot Dog drops of ketchup and mayonnaise.
It turned out very tasty.
