  • egg (chicken) - 4-5 pcs.;
  • sausage (semi-smoked) - 150 gr.;
  • onion (leek) - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes (cherry) - 8 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 tooth;
  • cheese (parmesan) - 100 gr.;
  • oil (olive) - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • butter (butter) - 50 gr.;
  • pepper (black, ground) - 1 tsp;
  • pepper (red, ground) - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp

Cooking:

Cut the sausage into small cubes.

Wash tomatoes, dry and cut in half.

Wash the green part of the onion thoroughly under running water and cut into half rings.

Crush unpeeled garlic with a knife. Add olive oil to the pan and fry until soft along with the onion, then pull out the garlic.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

The secret of this dish is that the eggs must be warm, so first we put them in warm water for 10 minutes. After, break them into a bowl and beat with a fork.

Add a little grated cheese to the eggs, season with black pepper, paprika and salt to taste.

We bake in a preheated oven, for this we put the servelat, onion, cherry tomatoes in layers on a baking sheet and pour over the egg mass. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

For decoration, sprinkle with cheese, paprika, and, if desired, herbs.

One of the most beautiful New Year's dishes. Preparing this recipe in advance is not advised, because caviar will lose its main values, such as appetizing appearance and fantastic taste, so we cook cockerels with caviar immediately before serving.

Ingredients:

  • waffles - 3 cakes;
  • caviar (red) - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • egg - 2-3 pieces;
  • cheese (processed) - 120 gr.;
  • garlic - 1 tooth;
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

Cut out 6 roosters from the cakes using a cookie cutter.

Boil the eggs, rub them on a grater along with melted cheese. Add mayonnaise and crushed garlic, mix thoroughly.

Lubricate the cakes with the filling, laying them one on one.

For decoration, we use red caviar, which we spread on top.

The appetizer is ready, we quickly bring it to the table.

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 200 gr.;
  • pita bread - 1 pc.;
  • cheese (processed) - 200 gr.;
  • cucumber - 1 pc.

Cooking:

Cut the fish into small pieces. We cut the cucumber into strips. We cut the cheese into small strips.

We unfold the pita bread and evenly grease it with cheese. Put the pieces of salmon on top at a distance of 1 cm from each other. Sprinkle chopped cucumber on top.

Carefully roll up the pita roll. We take cling film and wrap the roll in it. We place in the refrigerator.

Immediately before serving, we need to cut off the edges of the roll that are not smeared.

Cut the roll into small rolls. Arrange beautifully on a plate and serve.

  • cheese - 100 gr.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth;
  • butter (butter) - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • greens - to taste.

Cooking:

Grind the garlic, cut the greens into small slices, beat the eggs in a bowl.

Cut the pita bread into strips, the approximate size is 8x10 cm. Cut the cheese into strips.

We spread 3 strips of cheese on pita bread, sprinkle with herbs and garlic. We turn the roll.

We heat the pan, dip the roll in the bowl with the egg and put it in the pan. Fry the roll until golden brown on both sides.

If you want to make pita bread less satisfying, then do not dip it in an egg before frying.

  • ham - 200 gr.;
  • buns - 3 pcs.;
  • cheese - 150 gr.;

  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • ketchup - to taste;
  • greens - to taste.

Cooking:

Cut the buns into two halves.

Wash the onion, tomatoes and cut into small cubes, cut the ham into the same pieces.

Lubricate the buns with ketchup, and sprinkle pizza seasoning on top.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 750 gr.;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • crab sticks - 400 gr.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • oil (vegetable) - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • parsley - 1 bunch;
  • cucumber - 5 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking:

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, pre-wash them thoroughly.

Finely chop the onion.

Saute mushrooms with onion until onion is soft and translucent.

We cut the cucumbers into cubes, and cut the crab sticks into strips.

Boil eggs, let cool and peel. We cut them into cubes.

We take a deep bowl and mix all the ingredients, adding chopped parsley and dressing the salad with mayonnaise.

  • bacon - 100 gr.;
  • parsley - 2 pcs.;
  • onions (green) - 2 pcs.;
  • pepper (black) - 1 pinch;
  • dill - 2 pcs.;
  • bread - 100 gr.;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Cooking:

Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry it in a pan until golden brown.

Boil the shrimp, peel them from the shell and cut into small cubes.

Add cleaned shrimp to the pan. Fry over medium heat.

Chop the green onion and add to the pan. Continue to fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

We spread the contents of the pan on a paper towel, in this way we will lose excess fat.

Chop dill and parsley.

Bacon with shrimps and greens spreads on melted cheese.

Add salt and black pepper, mix thoroughly.
