I cooked bran bread in a Panasonic 18 multicooker (4.5 liter bowl, 670 W power).

To begin with, we will make a dough, for this we dilute yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp in warm water. flour and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until a yeast cap forms.

In the approached dough, add salt, bran and flour as much as the dough takes during kneading. It should be soft and elastic. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 - 2 hours until doubled in volume.

This is not a quick process at all, for example, it will take 23 weeks to lose 10 kg and consolidate the result, that is, almost six months. How to diversify the menu?

Of course, all of the above products do not have to be eaten raw. From them you can cook delicious, sometimes just amazing dishes. And even allow yourself a piece of sweet cake if it is prepared with a sweetener. The most familiar product that we eat every day and without which any diet cannot be imagined is bread. According to Dukan, bran is added to it, not wheat flour. For cooking, only low-fat dairy products are used. In general, the classic recipe is quite simple to prepare, and baking can be entrusted to modern kitchen helpers.

Many housewives who value their time have already become owners of universal appliances that help in the preparation of almost any dish. And Dukan bread is no exception, it can be cooked in a slow cooker. For one loaf, you will need to grind bran into flour (35 g wheat and 70 g oat).   • 4 eggs;
  • 200 g of oat bran;
  • 120 g of soft cottage cheese;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 3 g salt;
  • 2 sugar substitute tablets;
  • 5 g dry yeast.

The principle of laying food in the bread machine is as follows: first, yeast is poured, then all dry products, and wet and watery on top. This requirement must be observed when the bread will be cooked with a delay in time so that the yeast does not ferment ahead of time, in contact with liquid ingredients. Some housewives are not limited to baking in the oven, bread machine and slow cooker. Someone fries the dough in a pan in the form of pita bread with the addition of grated others use the grill and turn the bread into a hot sandwich with vegetables or pizza, others cook in the microwave. How to cook homemade bread with bran in a slow cooker.

Cooking time 2 hours.
1. Heat the water a little in a saucepan and put the yeast there, let stand for 10 minutes. Add kefir, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and mix well.
2. Add flour, knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead the risen dough, adding more flour. Pour the bran onto the table and mix it into the dough. The dough should be elastic and stick to your hands.
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake each separately. Grease the multicooker mold with butter. Form a ball from the dough and place in a mold. Let go 20 minutes. Set the "Baking" mode - 45 minutes.
4. Do not take out the finished bread immediately, let it stand for 30 minutes.

To cook Dukan bread in the microwave for Attack, you need the following:

  • 4 tbsp. l. oat bran;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. "zero" kefir;
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

Instruction:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork (do not use a blender) in a small bowl.
  2. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold (for example, a glass, a cup, a deep plate).
  3. We place the mold with the mixture in the microwave at maximum power for about 5-7 minutes. We take out and cool, bon appetit!

Bread in a multicooker

This recipe is ideal for both the Dukan system and others.

  • 50 g psh. bran;
  • 100 g oats. bran;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 20 g baking powder;
  • 40 g of cottage cheese;
  • salt to taste.

Instruction:

  1. By grinding we make flour from bran.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt, add all the other ingredients here, including the resulting flour.

  3. Combine both masses, mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Next, reduce the temperature to 130-140 degrees and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
