How to make Pork Mushroom Soup
Step 1
We wash the meat and cut into large pieces. Finely chop the onion. Carrot, celery, pepper cut into small cubes. Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into small pieces. Wash the mushrooms well, cut as you like: slices or cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry in it until golden brown meat with carrots, celery and onions. Add mushrooms there, fry for 2 minutes. Then add the peppers and tomatoes. Simmer the mass for 15 minutes.
Step 3

- Cut carrots, onion and celery into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute more.
