  • 400 g mixed ground pork and beef.
  • 1 large onion.
  • 1.5 cups boiled rice.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric.
  • Salt and black ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking step by step:

We prepare the products: defrost the minced meat or grind the meat, boil the rice, peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over low heat in a deep frying pan, add the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, until soft or lightly golden. Add the ground meat to the pan, diligently mix it with the onion, breaking it with a spatula into smaller and smaller pieces.

When the mixture is ready (after 15 minutes), season it with salt, pepper and turmeric, mix, remove from heat.

Add two tablespoons of sour cream to the eggs, mix well - until a homogeneous consistency.

Minced chicken (500 g) salt and pepper. 3 tbsp dilute the tomato paste with an equal amount of water. Separately, dilute 100 g of sour cream (5 tablespoons of water are required). Lubricate the bowl, lay out rice and half of the vegetables, pour over the tomato sauce. The next layers are minced meat and vegetables (top with sour cream sauce). Bake for 1 hour (Baking mode), and then leave for 20-30 minutes under heating.
