  1. Use homemade yogurt for dressing. To do this, take 1.5-2 liters of warm milk, add sourdough, after 8 hours you will get a useful product;
  2. Add dressing to enhance the taste. To prepare it, take and mix: freshly squeezed orange juice, herbs (mint, tarragon, lemon balm), honey;
  3. For cooking, take only fresh tasty fruits;
  4. Wash fruit thoroughly before cooking;
  5. Peel the skin, especially from fruits bought in supermarkets;
  6. Lightly brown the fruit pieces on the grill. This will give new flavors to the ingredients;
  7. To give a special zest to the finished dish, add: poppy seeds, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, nuts;
  8. Don't forget to decorate the finished dish. This is especially important for children. It is difficult to say what is most important for them - the original decoration or taste.

There are many options for their preparation, because by combining different fruits with each other, you can get a large number of different variations of their preparation. In addition, you can try experimenting with different sauces and dressings.

Most often, fruit salads are seasoned with whipped cream, sour cream, condensed milk, hot chocolate, honey, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream. It turns out very tasty fruit salad of oranges, bananas and kiwi, seasoned with yogurt. Juicy fruits combined with milk dressing and coconut flakes will appeal especially to children. In addition, this is good because you can cook it regardless of the season.

In this fruit salad recipe, I used a bright red Sicilian orange. Its taste with a slight bitterness and tart aftertaste, as well as the color, is more like a grapefruit than a classic orange, but in a salad this feature turns into a highlight.

Ingredients:

  • Orange - 1 pc.,
  • Banana - 1 pc.,
  • Kiwi - 1 pc.,
  • Raspberry yogurt or any other - 200 gr.,
  • Coconut flakes - 10 gr.

Peel the orange from the peel. Carefully cut off the white skin with a knife. Divide it into slices. Remove the membranes from the lobules. Cut into small pieces.

Remove the peel from the banana. Slice it crosswise. Next, cut the slices in half. By the way, bananas oxidize very quickly in air and begin to darken as a result, because of this feature, the salad must be prepared immediately before serving.

Remove the skin from the kiwi with a knife. Like a banana, cut it crosswise into slices. After that, each circle is cut into four parts.

Put kiwi, orange and banana in a bowl.

Stir the fruit with a spoon. Lay them out on a plate.

Drizzle the salad with yogurt. Fruit and berry yogurts are very good. I used raspberry yogurt in this recipe. Sprinkle coconut on top. You can replace it with chopped nuts or grated chocolate. Fruit salad with kiwi, orange and banana ready. Enjoy your meal.
