  • lemon
  • vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the ham into several pieces. Mix mayonnaise, melted cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. Lubricate the pieces of legs with the resulting sauce and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours in a cool place.
  2. Cut olives into slices.
  3. Cut the lemon into thin circles, then in half.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the chicken legs.
  5. Arrange olive and lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with potatoes.

Pollock recipe in Crimean

Ingredients:

  • pollock
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour
  • bulb onions
  • pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Sahara
  • vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Clean pollock, cut into portioned pieces. Salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Take the fish out onto a plate.
  2. Onion cut into small cubes, fry in the same oil until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato paste and stir. Pour in some hot water and boil until a thick sauce.
  4. Add more boiling water, salt and pepper.
  5. Add sugar and put the fish in a boiling sauce. The fish should be covered in sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Close the lid and let cool.
  7. Serve cold. Boiled potatoes or rice are perfect for a side dish.

Recipe Cake "Anthill"

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. cookies
  • 1 b. boiled condensed milk
  • 0.5 packs of butter
  • 3-4 st. l. hot water

Cooking method:

  1. Break cookies with your hands.
  2. Open a jar of condensed milk and put the contents in a bowl, add softened butter and hot water. Beat with a whisk or blender until smooth.
  3. Leave a few cookie crumbs for decoration, mix the rest of the cookies with the cream.
  4. Put the mass on a flat plate in the form of a slide. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
  5. Put the cake in the refrigerator for impregnation for 2-3 hours. If there is poppy or sesame in the house, then they can be added to the cream before assembling the cake. Poppy seeds must first be scalded with boiling water, and sesame seeds should be fried in a dry frying pan.

Recipe Lemon drink "Fresh"

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 st. Sahara

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the lemons into circles, then crosswise.
