  • seasoning for meat or chicken;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking

First, divide the chicken breasts into portioned pieces (thickness - about 1.5 cm).

After each piece, we rub with salt, pepper, seasonings and lightly beat off with a kitchen hammer, after wrapping it with cling film. Then we remove the film.

Then, the prepared meat must be rolled well in flour and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until light golden brown.

Let's start preparing the filling. To do this, mix half a serving of grated cheese with herbs, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.

We spread each fried piece on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and cover the meat with stuffing on top. Add another layer of grated cheese on top.

We bake the finished pieces under the "fur coat" at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

It is not necessary to take chicken meat for this dish. Pork will do too. But then it is not necessary to fry it, but immediately put it in the oven.

And cook for about 35 minutes. You can also add chopped tomatoes and sweet peppers or champignons fried with onions to the filling. And you can, instead of the specified filling, put a piece of canned pineapple on each chop, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top and pour over with mayonnaise. It will turn out very tasty too.

  • onion 1 onion;

  1. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt and finely chopped onion.

  • butter 70 g;
  • vegetable oil 10 g;

  1. Fry the brisket in butter over high heat for 2 minutes.

And what is delicious to cook for the new year 2018, so that it would be interesting to yourself, and it would be out of place on the festive table? Maybe a cut? We are used to buying ready-made sausages, ham and other things in stores. And if you try to do something like that yourself, using new recipes?

  1. I wash my liver well, remove the films and check if there is a gallbladder. If there is, carefully cut it out.

  3. Pour the rest of the cream cold into the chocolate mass and beat into a strong foam with a mixer.

New Year drinks 2018

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of red wine;

To cook stuffed pike, the first step is to clean it and remove the skin. To do this, we make cuts in a circle near the head, without touching the giblets. So you, simply by pulling on the head, will pull out all the giblets without suffering and without spoiling the skin of the pike. Peel off the skin gently with your fingers. Near the fins, you can help yourself with a knife, only so as not to damage the integrity of the skin. Separate the flesh of the fish from the bones and make minced meat out of it. Add minced meat to it (preferably fatty), its volume should be approximately the belly of the stuffed fish. Finely chop 1 large onion and saute in sunflower oil until golden brown. Also take a large carrot, peel, grate on a medium grater and lightly fry. Mix the minced meat, onion, carrot, loaf and season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the pike as well as the head after removing the gills from there. Sew the head to the body of the stuffed pike. Lubricate the fish with sour cream for a beautiful and tasty crust, then bake the pike in the oven at 180 degrees for about 2 hours. Snacks using salted red fish are very popular now. They are tasty, salty and tender. To prepare our appetizer you will need:
- fillet of slightly salted salmon;
- fresh cucumber;
- cream cheese;
- thin pita bread;
- greenery.
You can either buy salmon or cook it yourself. Most importantly, it should turn out lightly salted. Cut it into slices. Depending on the thickness of the slice, you will get a different amount of snack: the thinner, the more.
The cucumber should be cut into thin and long strips. If the skin is hard, it must be removed. Greens can be added or not - a matter of taste, the type of greens can also be chosen independently.
Let's get straight to cooking. We spread the pita bread in full width, grease it with cheese, much attention should be paid to the edges. Then you need to put pieces of salmon and cucumber into it, and then we turn the pita bread so that nothing spills. It turned out a long tube, which we cut into pieces with a sharp knife (a blunt one will simply break the pita bread and flatten the contents).
Greens can also be put inside the pita bread before laying out the fish and cucumber.


Balls with crab sticks - resemble snowballs and are perfect as a New Year's snack. For cooking you will need: a glass of boiled rice, two boiled eggs, 150 - 200 grams of crab sticks, mayonnaise, tomatoes and lettuce. Mix rice and grated eggs, salt and season with mayonnaise. Put the slices on the salad. After that, we cut the tomatoes into circles, and the pepper into small cubes, and put them on top of our citrus fruits. And on top of all this we lay out ready-made shrimp.
Mix orange juice with olive oil, salt, pepper and pour over the salad. And we can decorate and add flavor with the help of grated cheese. Serve immediately after preparation.

Potatoes in salads are quite common, and fish is often used. Try this delicious and memorable dish. It includes:
- fillet of cod or other white fish;
- garlic;
- potato;
- bulb;
- lettuce and other greens.
Fish fillet should be cut into pieces, put in a flat container. Three garlic on a fine grater, mixing with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour this sauce over the fish and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
In the meantime, mix olive oil with mustard and a small amount of marinade, which was used for fish.
We cut the onion into half rings, tear the lettuce with our hands, and finely chop the other greens. Cut the potatoes into slices of medium thickness. All this must be mixed and pour mustard dressing. The real fish must be laid out on top of the resulting dish.

New Year's salad

We make a salad in the form of a New Year's wreath. To do this, place a glass or jar in the center on a flat dish, around which our wreath will be. We take 2 large pieces: beets, carrots, potatoes and eggs. Boil food until cooked. We also prepare 200 grams of smoked chicken, a handful of walnuts and mayonnaise. We proceed to the assembly of the salad, where we grease each layer with mayonnaise. We cut the chicken meat into cubes and place the first layer on the dish. Next, potatoes grated on a coarse grater, followed by chicken eggs and beets. Sprinkle nuts on top and decorate the salad as in the photo or as New Year's inspiration tells you.

New Year's salad "Candles"

This salad can be prepared not only for the new year, but also for other Christmas holidays. Its appearance, as it were, is conducive to comfort and warmth, which is symbolized by candles.

Boil 300 gm. chicken fillet and cut into cubes;

4 hard-boiled eggs and grated;

200 gm. Fry mushrooms with onions, salt and pepper;

250 gm. cut fresh cucumbers into strips;

200 gm. grate hard Dutch cheese on a medium grater.

For decoration, prepare: green dill, pomegranate seeds, boiled carrots and bell peppers.

Of course, we have a whole tradition of preparing this wonderful and easy-to-prepare salad. But everything comes with time. Olivier is no exception. If in your house this salad is no longer considered anything special, then you need to think about it. Maybe something newer? For example, salad with ham. Very tender and delicious salad is very easy to prepare. In addition, it is safe to say that ham in a salad is very tasty and inexpensive, since it is sometimes a pity to spend money on meat, but it can always be replaced with ham or sausage.
To make a salad with ham you will need:
- 200-300 grams of ham;
- 2 medium onions;
- pancakes that we will cook ourselves;
- greenery;
- mayonnaise.
For pancakes you need:
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 2 tablespoons starch (corn or potato);
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- spices or herbs;
- vegetable oil.
Let's start making pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs with salt with a whisk, then add starch and flour, add herbs and spices if desired. We leave the dough for 10-15 minutes, when the flour swells a little, fry the pancakes.
While the pancakes are cooling, cut all the ingredients. Onion cut into half rings. To give the salad softness, try to cut it as thin as possible. Choose salad onions, they are less bitter. After the onion is chopped, pour boiling water over it, drain the water and squeeze the onion with your hands.

- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 medium sized tomato;
