  • Onion -2 pcs.;
  • Sour cream - 1 glass;

First stage- This is the preparation of mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms in cold water, then remove the skins from the caps, chop into slices. We dip the chopped mushrooms into boiling water for literally 1 minute before frying. This is done so that later, in the process of sautéing, the mushrooms acquire a golden hue and do not evaporate.

We shift the champignons to a preheated pan, add vegetable seasoning, fry for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.

Second phase- preparation of the meat ingredient. Cut into equal small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until white.

Third stage- preparation of the remaining products. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into strips.

Remove the core and seeds from the peppers, chop into strips, fry in a pan with onions and carrots for 5-7 minutes.

Fourth stage- laying all the ingredients in pots. We send the meat first in the container, salt, season with herbs, then put the mushrooms, vegetables and one leaf of laurel in each vessel.

The next layer is fried vegetables, seasoning "for vegetables". Pour a small amount of boiling water into each pot. The final layer is sour cream.

Fifth stage- baking. Cover clay vessels with lids, if there are none, then use food foil. Put in the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. The recommended temperature is 220C.

Pork with cabbage "in Russian".

A light, uncomplicated dish that anyone can handle. Our grandparents have been cooking meat with vegetables in clay pots since ancient times. Now with such a wide choice of kitchen utensils and recipes, there are hundreds of times more, but we all love meat with potatoes, cabbage and garlic. For cooking you need:

  • Fillet of a young piglet - 0.8 kg;
  • Potatoes - 12 pcs.;
  • White cabbage - ½ fork;
  • Garlic - 1 head;
  • Carrots, onions - 1 pc.;
  • Salt, pepper, suneli hops.

Cut the fillet into cubes, fry in vegetable oil in a pan until half cooked.

In a separate pan, saute the chopped onions and carrots.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes, chop the cabbage.

We put all the ingredients in pots in the following sequence: put potatoes on the bottom, then pieces of meat, along with the sauce remaining in the pan, chopped garlic. Then we spread the cabbage, vegetable frying, do not forget to salt the dish to taste and add boiled water, spices.

We send everything to the oven for 1 hour to bake at t = 200 degrees.

Important: the amount of water that needs to be poured in before baking depends on how thick you want to end up with - just a stew with vegetables or a consistency close to soups.

Buckwheat with meat and tomato paste in a pot.

Buckwheat is an incredibly useful product, containing a large number of trace elements and vitamins. A simple cooking process, low cost, excellent taste - this is the key to the success of an excellent dish.

To cook pork pots in the oven with buckwheat, we need:

  • Buckwheat - 1 glass;
  • Pork pulp - 0.5 kg;
  • 1 carrot;
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Salt, spices.

Rinse the cereal through a colander in cold water.

Cut the pulp into small pieces, pre-wash in cold water.

Fry the pieces of pulp in a pan until half cooked.

Fry chopped onion in half rings, chopped carrots in the same oil where the meat was fried for about 5-7 minutes. Then add tomato paste and 4-5 tablespoons of boiled water to the vegetables. Simmer another 5 min.

In clay pots, lay out layers of buckwheat, fried vegetables, and meat on top. Do not forget to add salt, spices to each vessel, if desired, you can add bay leaves, peppercorns, and most importantly boiled water so that its level does not reach the edges by about 3-4 cm.

Cook in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Stir contents when serving.

This dish is a little similar in taste to pilaf, but there are significant differences, because it is prepared in a small dish, and not in a cauldron or a large brazier.

An important point is the choice of cereals: it is better to choose round-grain steamed rice so that it turns out friable and does not turn into sticky porridge.

For 6 servings, the following products are required:

  • Pork - 1 kg;
  • Rice - 2 cups;
  • Onion - 2 pcs.;
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves.

Step 1. Prepare the ingredients: finely chop the onion, garlic, carrots. Meat cut into cubes. Rinse the rice in cold water first.

Step 2 Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry onions, carrots until a golden hue appears. Then add meat cubes, salt, spices, garlic - simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 3 We put the fried pieces of meat with vegetables in pots, then add 3-4 tablespoons of rice, pour boiled water so that the liquid level exceeds the content level by 1 cm.

Step 4 We put the pots covered with lids in the oven, gradually warm up to 200C. Cooking time 60-70 minutes.

Sometimes, a pot roast comes out dry despite the addition of mayonnaise or sour cream. In this case, experienced cooks put yeast dough on top of the pot - during the baking process, it seems to seal the pot, thereby preventing moisture from evaporating.

When working with earthenware, cooks do not recommend putting it in an already preheated oven. A clay accessory may have hidden cracks, damage, because of this, with a sharp temperature drop, they can crack and the vessel will burst.

During the baking process, you can check the liquid level in the pots 1-2 times, add boiled water if necessary.

Pork dishes baked in pots are much healthier than pan-fried ones. Thanks to slow stewing in their own juice, the products retain more valuable minerals and vitamins.
