Classically, meatballs are made only slightly larger than the volume of minced meat, found in dumplings. And this is done just for speed of preparation. At any time, the hostess can get round meatballs from the freezer and cook them with minimal time.

  3. In addition to vermicelli, you can use rice, buckwheat, beans, but they should be cooked for a different amount of time. For example, throw the beans into the water 20 minutes before sending the meatballs there. Rice is enough for 10 minutes of cooking before the meatballs and ten to fifteen with them. Buckwheat is cooked for a total of no more than ten minutes. You can add potatoes to the soup (the amount of time for cooking it depends on the variety), or you can do without it. Soup of potatoes and meatballs (without pasta and cereals) is also very tasty!

How to cook delicious stewed meatballs

  1. How to cook them? After frying frozen meatballs in vegetable oil with onions and carrots, you can put them in a small amount of boiling water, so that the water almost reaches the surface of the stewed meatballs. If there is a slow cooker, then it is even easier with it - just do the first stage of cooking in the frying mode, and then turn on the stew.
  2. In addition, you can make white sauce from a small amount of any broth + salt, pepper, a tablespoon of flour (for half a glass of broth). The flour is added at the last moment and the sauce is no longer brought to a strong boil. Stewed meatballs can be served with or without a side dish, depending on your desire. Delicious fried meatballs

  1. Rolling non-frozen meatballs in ground breadcrumbs, semolina or flour, you can fry them until cooked(not frozen - 4-5 minutes) and serve with a side dish.
  2. For satiety, you can fry them together with pieces of lard (not smoked and not salted). On hot meatballs, if desired, you can put a little grated cheese. Remember that both cheese and lard are already too much, choose one or the other.

Delicious pea soup with meatballs

  1. Having frozen meatballs in your refrigerator or cooking them fresh, you can make a very tasty pea soup.

  • 250 gr tomato puree;
  • 125 grams of water;

  • 50 gr green onion feathers;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • spices "for meat" to taste;
  • 1 tsp mixtures of aromatic herbs;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • a couple of tablespoons of flour.

We chop the green onion.

We rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Mix the egg with salt and spices for meat. Add cheese and mix well. Pour in the breading and mix again - you should get a mixture that slightly gathers into lumps.

We combine the prepared mass with minced meat and onions. We knead with our hands.

We divide the minced meat into balls weighing about 30 g, bread in flour and fry until golden brown in hot oil.

While the products are fried, prepare the sauce: combine mashed potatoes, sugar, herbs in a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Dilute the sauce with a glass of water. If the puree is thick, you can increase the amount of liquid.

Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, lower the finished meatballs, simmer, cover with a lid for a third of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce: mix cream, pressed garlic, pepper, salt, mix everything. Finely chop the greens, add to the sauce. Do not forget about the cheese chips, which were prepared in advance.

Almost ready meatballs are removed from the oven, poured with marinade, evenly distributing cheese and greens over meat products. We reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, put the meatballs for another half hour.

On a note. Bread crumb can be replaced with oat bran in the ratio of 1 slice of crumb = 2 tbsp. l. bran.

Bake with sour cream sauce and rice in the oven

  • rice - ½ stack;
  • minced meat - 400 gr;
  • onions - 1 for minced meat and 1 for sauce;
  • garlic cloves;
  • carrot;
  • egg;
  • sour cream - 250 gr;
  • tomato. pasta - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • pepper - ½ tsp;
  • ground coriander - ½ tsp;
  • flour - 2 tsp

Grind the onion and garlic with a blender.

Boil rice until half cooked.

We collect minced meat, combining with an egg, onion-garlic mass, spices, do not forget to salt. Lay out the rice. Mix well.

Prepare the sauce: cut the onion into small cubes, carrots into large three. Saute vegetables for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, in half a glass of water, dilute a few pinches of salt, flour. We stir well.

Put the pasta and diluted flour in the frying, mix. If desired, add spices, and for more gravy, you can pour in a little more water. We leave it on a slow fire - boil.

While the sauce is preparing, we form meatballs, put them in a mold. Fill with gravy, cover with foil and bake in a hot oven for a third of an hour, then remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

On a note. A special spoon for ice cream greatly facilitates the process of forming meatballs - stingy.

In a slow cooker

The recipe for minced meatballs is also suitable for cooking in a slow cooker:

  • pork and beef fillets - 250 gr each;
  • tomato sauce - 150 gr;
  • bulb;
  • water - a glass;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • spices "For minced meat" - 1-2 tsp

Wash the meat tenderloins, pass through a meat grinder along with onions, season and salt. Mix well - minced meat for meatballs is ready.

We dilute the sauce with water so that the puree dissolves well. We pour the meatballs.

We select the program "Extinguishing", time 40 minutes. We press the start button.

Chicken meatballs with Strogonoff sauce

  • chicken fillet - 500 gr;
  • wheat crumbs - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • onion - 1 unit;
  • egg - 1 unit;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • pepper - a pinch;
  • oil - a couple of tbsp. l.;
  • meat broth / water - 1 ½ cups;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.

Prepare all products by spreading on the work surface. Using a meat grinder, chop the onion and fillet, combine them with crumbs, salt, spices and an egg. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form products, fry until golden brown on all sides.

Pour the broth into the pan with meatballs, simmer for a quarter of an hour. A glass of broth should be left for the sauce. We dissolve sour cream in it. Pour the sauce over the dish, wait for it to boil, turn off the heat and leave it under the lid for a few minutes.

French in a pan

We offer to cook meatballs with gravy in a pan according to special, French motives.

Meatballs:

  • minced meat (any) - 500 gr;
  • egg;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3 units;
  • parsley - 5 branches;
  • flour;
  • salt pepper;
  • oil.

Sauce:

  • lard - 100 gr;
  • ham - 50 gr;
  • tomatoes - 200 gr;
  • onion - 1 small;
  • olives / olives - 175 gr;
  • flour - a spoon;
  • broth - 350 ml;
  • cayenne pepper - on the tip of a knife.

Preparation of minced meat: we press the garlic cloves, chop the greens, mix all the products for the dish in one bowl. Be sure to beat off the bowl.

Cooking meatballs: we form balls of minced meat, fry in a pan.

Prepare the sauce: chop the onion, cut the bacon and ham into small cubes, fry everything together for several minutes. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, heat the broth. We combine them with the onion-meat preparation, season, add the remaining products and, stirring, cook for a few more minutes. After we spread the meatballs in the sauce, simmer for up to a quarter of an hour. Olives add saltiness to the dish, so you don't need to add salt to the sauce.

Fish meatballs with gravy in the oven

Meatballs:

  • minced fish - 500 gr;
  • a glass of cooked rice;
  • egg;
  • oil sl. - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • chopped fresh dill - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • a set of spices "For fish" - 1 tsp;
  • flour as a breading;
  • salt pepper;
  • mold oil.

Sauce:

  • tomatoes - 400 gr;
  • tomato paste. - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • water - a glass;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • coriander, ground pepper and salt - ½ tsp each.

Mix minced meat with rice, finely chopped onion, butter (or homemade mayonnaise), chopped dill, beat in an egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well with a spoon.

We roll meatballs from minced meat, roll in flour and spread in a greased form. We bake in the oven at 220 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce: dilute the flour with plenty of water, and the pasta with the rest of the water. After we combine all the ingredients, the tomatoes should be very finely chopped, or chopped with a blender. Work well with a whisk.

We cover the products with the sauce and send them to the oven for another 25 minutes.
