2. Divide this mixture into prepared transparent glasses. Makes about 6 medium glasses. Tamp it down firmly with a spoon and then with a rolling pin. Place glasses in refrigerator while preparing other ingredients.

3. Cream cheese a little, until fluffy, beat with powdered sugar. Separately beat cream from cream and vanillin.

New Year is hard to imagine without tangerines. I offer you such an original serving, in the form of a dessert. It is very tasty, fragrant and healthy.

Ingredients:

6-7 tangerines;

150 grams of granulated sugar;

several cloves;

300 milliliters of filtered water;

half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

a few cardamom seeds;

a few carnations;

vanilla stick;

half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg;

2 centimeters of ginger root;

mint for decoration;

ice cream for decoration.

Cooking:

1. Put the water with sugar on the stove, stirring occasionally to dissolve the grains of sand. After boiling boil for 5 minutes.

2. Peel tangerines, trying to remove as many white films as possible.
