  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped dill - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Instruction

  1. Insert a kneading spatula and pour water into the bread maker.

  2. Add olive oil.

  3. Then add sour cream.

  4. It is advisable to sift the flour so that the bread fits well. Pour into the mold.

  5. Pour yeast into the well in flour, and sugar and salt in the corners.

  6. Garlic must be finely chopped with a knife or garlic press. Add it along with the greens to the flour (you can use frozen dill).

  7. Insert the mold into the bread maker and select the main or French program. The crust is medium or dark.

    Observing the indicated proportions, you will get a soft and, at the same time, elastic dough. If it's runny, add some flour.

  8. During the kneading of the dough, a stunning aroma of garlic and herbs will be carried in the kitchen. Spicy and intoxicating.

I have, for which I have been baking, it’s scary to say, for 10 years already. Thanks to different additives and small changes, the taste is different every time. Ingredients:

  • Beer: 150 ml. (porter is best, if you use light, then it is advisable to replace the water with strong tea)
  • Water: 120 ml. (if the beer is light, then it is advisable to replace the water with strong tea. This is necessary for the beautiful color of the bread)
  • Salt: 1.5 tsp (here it is better to oversalt than undersalt)
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 1 tsp (you can do without it, replacing it with sugar, but it is much tastier this way)
  • Egg: 1
  • Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic: 1 clove (finely chopped)
  • Coriander, preferably ground or crushed (a pinch)
  • Yeast: 1.5 tsp
  • Wheat flour: 400 ml.

Note: I measure flour in milliliters. This is less than grams.

We put the ingredients in the bread machine (the sequence depends on the type and brand of the bread machine: some require liquid first, and then flour, in others - vice versa). We set the program Rye bread (I have the second one), the crust is medium.

Sift the flour, I use the highest grade Podgorensky flour of Lipetsk production, pour the flour into the bowl of the bread machine. Arrange sugar, salt, yeast in different corners of the bowl. The instructions say that in mode 4, settling and raising the dough takes 2 hours 9 minutes. Baking itself takes 53 minutes. So, by the end of the second hour, you need to cook garlic filling. Finely chop the greens, chop the garlic.

Mix a spoonful of vegetable oil (I love in that recipe) with water, add a pinch of salt, herbs and garlic.
