Unusual and at the same time extraordinarily tasty second, with the use of chicken fillet, which is familiar to all of us. You will need:

  • some water (if needed)
  • 500 g of chicken meat;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • ginger up to 2 cm thick;
  • 1 chili;
  • half a teaspoon of salt and turmeric;
  • 1 faceted glass of coconut milk;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • vegetable oil (frying).

Cut the meat into pieces. Chop the onion. Put in a blender along with garlic, salt, ginger root, turmeric and pepper. Beat until smooth. Fry the resulting pasta in a frying pan until a pleasant aroma. Then put the chopped meat there. Simmer over low heat until it's done. You can add some water. When ready, add milk. Boil. Switch off. Then, under the lid, let it brew. Chicken fillet can be eaten with any side dish.

Braised cabbage and more

Once again, Thai cuisine combines, it would seem, "our products" - white cabbage and pork. Cook rado in a special deep frying pan. Chop 450 grams of cabbage. Cut 120 g lean pork.

First, heat 14 peppercorns on it. Then pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut cream. Add chopped shallots, mix everything. Fry for approximately 3 minutes. Add cabbage and meat to it. Stir-fry (3-5 minutes). Pour in 200 g of coconut milk and boil. Cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Open. Roast for about 10 minutes. The main thing is that the cabbage does not turn into a soft porridge. Then pour in a little fish sauce (when ready) and stir everything. Sprinkle chili on top (to taste).

  1. Purchase the required amount of coconut flakes. Mix with water or soy milk in equal proportions.
  2. Combine the same amount of chips and liquid in a saucepan. Send a heat-resistant container to a slow fire. Simmer the mixture for 4 minutes, avoiding the appearance of bubbles.
  3. After that, pour the composition into a sieve with a gauze lining. Strain the milk into a suitable container, wring out the cloth with chips well. The product is ready to use.
  4. Store milk in a cool place in a glass container. Pre-wrap the jar with thick paper, pour liquid into it and close the lid tightly. In this state, the shelf life of the treat is no more than 45 hours. The product can also be frozen.

Method number 3. Fresh coconut milk

  1. Grate the flesh of the coconut into a suitable container, then send it to the food processor. Pour in the required amount of boiling water, based on the proportions: 2 parts of the liquid account for 1 part of the raw material.
  2. Close the lid of the dish, grind the mixture until smooth. You can use a blender if you wish. Next, throw the product on a sieve, then pour the milk into a glass container. Apply at your discretion.

Method number 4. Whole coconut milk

  1. Purchase a whole nut at the grocery market. When choosing, focus on heavy specimens with the presence of coconut water. The integrity of the 3 dark holes on the nut must not be compromised.
  2. To open a coconut, place the fruit on the kitchen cutting table. Hold the product with one hand, take the knife in the second. Using the point, cut the area around the eye. You can also hit the fruit with a knife in one place until the shell cracks.
