By the way, it is interesting that they say “bake” and not “fry” about the preparation of any pancakes and pancakes - after all, before pancakes were baked in a Russian stove, they did not need to be turned over.

Pancakes are one of the most ancient culinary dishes that do not require large expenses. To prepare them, you need a minimum of flour with a maximum of liquid (water, milk), since you need to get a very thin dough. In addition, the volume of the dough increases significantly when using yeast, soda, baking powder.

It is very convenient to bake pancakes from ready-made pancake flour of different composition. The dough prepared from it is easy to make more rich and sweet by adding the right ingredients.

A well-baked pancake is the pride of the hostess, it requires certain knowledge, skill, skills, because the proverb says: “The same meal, but a different pen.”

In pancake recipes, chocolate, bananas, oranges, cherries, strawberries, etc. are used very often.

Chocolate is added to the dough, used to make glaze, cream, fudge, or to decorate finished products. For example, you can sprinkle a pancake with chocolate chips.

To prepare chocolate chips, place a chocolate bar for 30-40 minutes in a warm room with an air temperature of about 30-35 ° C, but not higher. After the chocolate melts a little and becomes plastic, you need to cut it with a knife into thin chips. Then the product should be sprinkled with chips and powdered sugar.

To make chocolate tendrils, break the chocolate bar, place it in a porcelain dish and melt it in a water bath. Then pour the chocolate into a pastry syringe and use a nozzle in the form of a thin tube to make various patterns on white paper. If desired, you can pre-draw a pencil drawing on paper. Place the paper with the pattern in the refrigerator to set, and then carefully move the chocolate tendrils onto the finished product with a knife.

Cooking:

Step 1. In a bowl, break the eggs, mix them with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix well to dissolve dry ingredients as much as possible. Pour a little flour into the egg mixture and add milk, mix. Gradually add the rest of the flour to the dough and mix. You should get a fairly thick mass. Again, add a little milk and bring the dough to the density of sour cream, breaking up lumps. Pour in the vegetable oil and leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. The oil is added to make the pancakes elastic and not tear. And so that they do not stick to the pan when baking.

Step 2 Bake pancakes. Do it as usual. You can use a special pancake pan with a non-stick coating. If not, bake in any pan. Bake pancakes on both sides. Pour the dough into the pan in a not very thick layer, because the thinner the pancakes, the tastier they are. Step 3 Collect dessert. Put some cherries on the first pancake and sprinkle it with sugar. Place the second pancake on top. Melt chocolate mixed with cream in a water bath. Pour chocolate with cream on the second pancake. Assemble pancakes in a triangle. Serve pancakes hot, topped with cherry topping with a scoop of ice cream. How to make chocolate pancakes

Hello dear readers. Do you like delicious and unusual desserts. I confess honestly, for me, chocolate pancakes, unusual pastries, have never cooked pancakes with cocoa before. My first experience and quite successful. The pancakes turned out amazing. The children liked it very much. If you cook such pancakes, your whole family will appreciate them. The only negative is that such pancakes are not stuffed with meat and other goodies. The only thing you can fill them with is a sweet filling.

Cottage cheese is quite suitable as a filling, especially if you mix it with your favorite dried fruits. Citrus sauce, chocolate sauce is also perfect for pancakes.

On the eve of Maslenitsa, I usually try new pancake recipes. Today I will share a recipe for chocolate pancakes. I found the recipe on the Internet, copied it, bought the ingredients and cooked delicious and fragrant pancakes.

I liked the recipe right away, it is unusual, because it contains cocoa, which is why pancakes are called chocolate. They are prepared very quickly and simply, and their taste will not leave indifferent chocolate lovers. The most important thing is that the dough contains good quality cocoa.

Pancakes are unusual and very tasty, with the aroma and taste of chocolate. A bit unusual for us, since we have not prepared such a dessert before, but it is worth a try. I cooked different pancakes, on milk, on kefir, whey, mixed kefir with milk and cooked openwork pancakes, but these are the ones I cooked for the first time. The result is very satisfied. We have collected these recipes all in one place, and you can see them in the article "11 recipes for delicious pancakes for Shrovetide."

How to make chocolate pancakes. Recipe with photo

  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 - 2 cups flour

My glasses are 250 grams. In this recipe, I use glasses and spoons, not weights.

The ingredients are very simple, despite their number. Pancake batter is easy to make. For the test, you need kefir, I took regular kefir 2.5% fat. We buy milk at the market, I use village milk.

We also need cocoa, salt, sugar, boiling water, flour and baking powder. To prepare the dough, we need a bowl.

First we need to brew cocoa. To do this, pour cocoa and sugar into a bowl, add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to them and pour boiling water over everything. I mix with a whisk. Next, I add milk to the cocoa bowl. I boiled the milk first. My milk is cold. Thus the mass became cold.

I combine flour with baking powder. You will need two teaspoons of baking powder, without a slide. I took 1.5 cups of flour (250 gram cups), but as it turned out, this was not enough, so I added another half a cup of flour, in total, I got 2 cups of flour.

You look at the consistency of your dough, add 1.5 flour and try. If it seems to you that the flour is not enough, then add more flour. Sift flour through a sieve before adding to the dough.

I mix the flour with a whisk. There may be lumps in the dough, this is not a problem. Let the dough stand for another 15-20 minutes, then mix it again with a whisk, all the lumps will disperse.

Here is my dough. It must be left at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.

If it seems to you that cocoa is not enough, or you are a big fan of dark chocolate, then you can add more cocoa. But for my taste, two spoons is enough, especially if the cocoa is of good quality.

The dough is homogeneous, with air bubbles. I liked the dough, it is prepared simply and quickly. Leave the dough for half an hour to disperse possible lumps.

After half an hour, I once again alter the dough and start baking pancakes. I grease the pan for the first pancake with vegetable oil, then you don’t need to do this, the pancakes are well behind the pan. The main thing is to use a pan with a non-stick coating.

I have a small frying pan, for each pancake I take half a ladle of dough. Pancakes are obtained all in the hole.

Fry pancakes on both sides. Pancakes fry very quickly, especially if the pan is very hot. But be careful not to burn them. Fry for a minute on each side. Turn over with a spatula.

Each pancake can be lubricated with butter, so they will be softer and their taste will be creamy. Still pancakes do not stick together if they are lubricated with butter. But I did not do this, the chocolate pancakes did not stick together.

Here we have such a stack of pancakes. Appetizing, fragrant, chocolatey. The combination of kefir and milk makes pancakes tender, and they all turn out in a hole.

Chocolate pancakes can be eaten both warm and cold. Tasty and so and so. Pancakes can be served with honey, jam, condensed milk, sour cream, jam, syrup, fruits or berries.

I served pancakes with honey and sour cream. Children are very fond of pancakes with sour cream, and my husband with honey. Chocolate pancakes with sour cream are delicious.

I would be very happy if you liked the recipe for pancakes, especially since the recipe with step-by-step cooking photos. You can easily prepare the dough and fry fragrant and delicious pancakes. The recipe for these pancakes, in my opinion, is very successful, and they turned out very tender and beautiful.

I think that on Maslenitsa you can try different recipes for pancakes, pamper your family with delicious pastries. The most popular pancake recipe on our blog is thin and delicious pancakes.

And today's chocolate pancakes were liked by children. Very unusual color, aroma and taste, not like ordinary pancakes. Children ate these pancakes with pleasure.

50 gr. chocolate (for sauce)

How to bake chocolate pancakes

Mix flour with sugar and cocoa.

We beat the eggs. Mix the flour thoroughly, wiping out any lumps.

We add a little milk.

The dough is easily kneaded with a spoon, you can use a mixer for speed. The main thing is to get batter without flour lumps or make sure that there are as few of them as possible.

We put the maximum fire. We heat up the pan. Spread the dough with a ladle in small portions (very thin). We fry quickly, you may not have time for two pans, but you can get used to it.

If the pancakes stick, grease the bottom with oil or add it to the dough (this will be even better).

For pasta or sauce - melt chocolate, add milk (make slightly liquid).

Pancakes are beautifully served in portions. We bend them in corners, folding them four times, and lay them out on plates. Pour pancakes with sauce, decorate with powder.

You can put it on the table and on a common dish. Before wrapping in the corners, lightly pour over the pancakes with chocolate sauce (do not overdo it, otherwise they will flow).

Choux chocolate pancakes with cocoa from Olga Vilchevskaya

Greetings, my friends!

Olya Afinskaya is in touch again. And today we have guests on the blog. Let me introduce you to an incredibly talented, positive mind and needlewoman - Vilchevskaya Olga.

I hope Olya will stay with us not only overnight, but also for permanent residence. Let's all together ask her about it, leaving kind comments. And I promise you, you won't regret it!

Here is what Olya told me about herself (so far in a nutshell, soon more):

A little bit about yourself. 41 years old, married, two sons: the eldest - Ilya, goes to college, the youngest - Nazar, 3.6 years old, cooks with me. I am a housewife, I bake a little to order.

Well, the recipe itself from Olga Vilchevskaya. From myself I can only say that these are the most delicious chocolate pancakes that I have ever seen. I don't know about you, but I'm going to try it this weekend))

That's all I wanted to say. I'm happy to give the floor our new author .

Big pancake family

Pancakes, this is the first thing I managed to cook as a child. The result did not disappoint, the ingredients for pancakes were always at home ... Well, why not cook them? Sweet, with condensed milk, with sugar and cinnamon, with berries from compote, with jam, fresh berries, unsweetened with cheese, so viscous ... That's it, I'm gone. It was love at first sight, at first bite. She became mutual - I love pancakes, pancakes love me. Happiness when such mutual understanding ...

In this "pancake family" there is one very bright representative. It is with him that we will begin. These are chocolate custard pancakes with chocolate and berries.

I want to dedicate my first recipe in this topic to all chocoholics. What is the best way to express love and care, if not to cook something that your loved ones will be completely delighted with. These chocolate pancakes have every chance to take the palm from the other brothers called the big pancake family. Delicate delicate pancake, warm chocolate, a couple of berries... And happiness is just around the corner... This dessert is good for a children's company. But it is no less beautiful for a romantic setting together.

The texture of pancakes is incredibly delicate. In fact, it is a large porous sponge. We all love when chocolate is pre-chocolate, straight chocolate in a square, but better in a cube. That's all there is in these pancakes. And if on top of hot chocolate you will not regret chocolate sprinkles ... That's it, you are in chocolate paradise ... Treat your friends, children. Well, did I seduce you? Now to work.

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil
  • 200 ml milk

Prepare pancakes as follows:

  1. Mix kefir, soda, sugar, salt and eggs with a whisk. Gradually add flour and cocoa. The dough is thick, like pancakes.
  2. We boil milk. Constantly stirring the dough, pour in the boiled milk.
  3. Our dough has become more liquid, slightly thicker in consistency than regular pancake dough with milk. We introduce vegetable oil.
  4. Everything, the preparation of future pancakes is ready. The dough should rest for 30 minutes.
  5. We bake in a frying pan, well heated and greased with vegetable oil. Before baking a new pancake, go over the pan with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil.

This is the consistency your dough should have, only chocolate-colored:

Just made the dough. And small bubbles are already visible, harbingers of future lace.

Well, these are the same laces ...

What should you pay attention to?

The recipe seems to be simple, but there are still small pitfalls.

  • Soda must be fresh. If you opened a bag of soda half a year ago, then this soda is not suitable for us. Running for a new one, since it costs a penny.
  • Next, the temperature of the pan is very important. If the pan is poorly heated and you pour out the dough, there may not be delicacy.

So, what do I want to say at the end of this story? Try, experiment, turn on your imagination to the fullest. I really hope for feedback. I look forward to your photo reports. Let's talk!

We have more pancakes here and here.

Hello Olechka! Now that's speed! I am very glad that not a lump and holes in place. You are right, in order to understand what I wanted to offer you, the first time you need to do it strictly according to the recipes. Have you tried? Happened? Be sure to write me a review, because I'm waiting. And now you can experiment. And write about the experiment, too, suddenly I want to try it. And with what to eat these pancakes, it's really a matter of your taste. Chocolate seemed perfect to me, and with condensed milk it would also be incredibly tasty. Best regards, Olga

Double pancakes with cherries and chocolate

  • 3 art. l. Sahara
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • small pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs

  • fresh or canned cherries
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. l. cream with a fat content of 33%
  • vanilla ice cream or ice cream

Step 3 Collect dessert. Put some cherries on the first pancake and sprinkle it with sugar. Place the second pancake on top. Melt chocolate mixed with cream in a water bath. Pour chocolate with cream on the second pancake. Assemble pancakes in a triangle. Serve pancakes hot, topped with cherry topping with a scoop of ice cream. Fragrant delicious pancakes are loved in every family, and every housewife knows many ways to cook them. And on Maslenitsa days, mothers and grandmothers try to completely surpass themselves, creating airy, “lace” delicacies with a wide variety of fillings.

Chocolate pancakes are very popular among children and adults, and this section contains 7 best recipes for this wonderful dessert.

Chocolate pancakes on kefir are tender and airy, with a porous, "perforated" structure.

To prepare them, you will need to take the following products:

  • half-liter package of kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a glass of boiled water or fresh milk;
  • 1.5-2 cups flour;
  • 40-55 g cocoa powder;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • salt;
  • a little soda;
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook the dish:

  1. In a capacious bowl, shake the eggs with a whisk, add kefir, pour salt, soda and sugar, stir.
  2. Gradually add cocoa, continuing to work with a whisk, so that the powder does not stray into lumps.
  3. Add flour in small portions, gradually bringing the dough to the desired consistency, and then pour in a little lean fat and start frying.
