Add the rest of the milk and water, mix the dough until smooth. To make pancakes easily removed from the pan, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the dough, mix.

If there is no brush, another "folk" way: cut a raw potato into halves, chop one of them on a fork and dip in vegetable oil, grease the pan. It is necessary that the pan be greased with a very thin layer, if you just pour the oil on it, then this will not work.

Is the pan hot? Pour the dough with a ladle, about 2/3 of its volume. From the first pancake, it will be clear whether it is enough or whether less / more is needed, depending on the diameter of the pan. Bake the pancake on one side until there is no raw dough left on top. On the other side, the pancake can not be baked. Put the finished pancakes on a dinner plate. From the indicated amount of ingredients, approximately 10 pancakes will be obtained.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.


Peel and grate the ginger, transfer to a plate.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add soy sauce and ginger. We leave the meat to marinate while we work on onions and peppers.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Cut the jalapeno pepper into small pieces. If you don't like the spiciness of the pepper, simply remove the seeds and membranes.

We put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil. Put the chicken fillet in a frying pan, add a little salt and fry until tender. Transfer the cooked meat from the pan to a plate. We leave it to cool down. We do not remove the pan from the fire.

If necessary, add a little vegetable oil to the pan. Throw in chopped onions and jalapenos. Fry over low heat for about 5 minutes, the onion will become soft and translucent.

While the onion is frying, chop the chicken fillet as small as possible. Send meat to onions and peppers. Add spices, salt to taste. Stir and fry everything for a few minutes. Taste for salt and spices. Transfer the finished filling to a suitable dish.

Step 3: Cooking a pancake pie with meat and egg.


Line a clean deep frying pan with foil. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the melted butter, salt and pepper, beat until smooth.

We take a pancake, completely immerse it in eggs, take it out and put it in a pan.

Put the cooked filling and a couple of cashew nuts on top of the pancake. We take the second pancake and repeat the process.

After laying the last pancake, fill the cake on all sides with the remaining beaten eggs. Wrap the cake in foil. Cover the pan with a lid and put on a small fire for 15-20 minutes.

In order for the top of the cake to form a golden crust in the original recipe, they suggest opening it, removing it from the foil and frying it on both sides in a pan. Frankly, I can hardly imagine all these manipulations. It is much easier to open the foil and send the cake to a preheated 200 degrees oven on 10 minutes, or even better, turn on the grill for 5 minutes.

Transfer the finished pancake pie with meat and egg to a plate and leave to cool slightly.

Step 4: Serve the pancake pie with meat and egg.

Then we put another pancake and on top - the stuffing with mushrooms and again sprinkle with grated cheese. We do this several times - we get 5-6 layers.

I like to add rice to the filling, but it doesn't matter. This time I planned to make it exclusively with meat, but I oversalted it a bit. I still had to add rice - without it, nowhere! Try it this way and that, and decide for yourself how delicious it is!

  7. We put in front of us a stack of ready-made pancakes and a plate with filling. We grease the form with vegetable oil and lay out several pancakes so that the edges hang down. Place 1-2 more pancakes on the bottom.
  8. We distribute about half of the minced meat among the pancakes.
  9. We cover with a couple of pancakes, lay out the remaining filling. You can make the cake taller and form three layers. We lay another pancake on top and bend the edges of those that we had hanging from the very beginning. To make the top neat, cover it with another pancake, and fill the edges into shape. We send the cake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
  10. Ready pancake pie with meat cool slightly and remove from the mold. Serve hot, cut into pieces like a cake. It is so tasty that no additions are required. Except maybe tea!

  7. From the pancake strips, make a basket weave braid and place on top of the cake. Gently fold the edges, pour the remaining filling. Place the pie in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until the surface of the pie is golden brown.
  8. Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave in the mold for 15 minutes. Then remove the sides and carefully transfer the cake to a dish. Serve warm.
