Ingredients for three servings

  • Pork mince 250 g.
  • Chicken egg 1 ml.
  • Tomato 1 pc.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Cheese 50 g.
  • Champignons 3 pcs.

Step by step cooking

  1. Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
  2. We clean, wash and chop the mushrooms a little.
  3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water. Cut out the core and cut the tomato into slices, but not very thick.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. In sunflower oil, fry (separately) onions and mushrooms.

  8. Fry it a little on both sides, then, on one side, grease with mayonnaise.
  9. Throw in the fried onions and mushrooms.
  10. Place tomato slices on top. Cover the pan with a lid and bake for 5 minutes.
  11. Then carefully remove the tomatoes, they should become soft, and sprinkle the grated cheese on the steak. Bake another 7-10 minutes.
  12. Then put the tomatoes on top of the cheese. Cover the pan with a lid, turn off the heat and let the steak simmer a little (5-7 minutes). We spread the finished steak on a dish. Bon appetit!
