Serve fruit sauce well with the casserole. For him, cut into cubes any fruits you like (you can take berries). The love for baked cottage cheese makes me constantly experiment with casserole fillings. Once I had a little curd mass left after preparing one dish, and I impromptu added to it everything that I considered necessary and as a result I got a wonderful and tender casserole. Therefore, remembering my experiment, today I decided to specifically repeat that recipe, but improved it a little more.

Ingredients

To prepare the cottage cheese casserole with protein, you will need:
sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.;
semolina - 3 tbsp. l.;
lemon - 1/2 pc.;
sugar - to taste;
vanilla - to taste;
cottage cheese - 200 g;
dried apricots - 3 pcs.;
dates - 3 pcs.;
egg white from 1 egg;
salt - a pinch.

Cooking steps

Mix sour cream with semolina, add lemon juice and zest, sugar, vanilla and cottage cheese. Mix well.

Then add dried apricots and dates chopped at your discretion.

In a separate bowl, beat the protein with salt until foam forms. The foam should not be very thick, but it should not pour from the fork.

Then add the protein to the curd mass, gently, slowly, mix everything and spread it out in silicone molds. I got 2 molds like this.

Send our cottage cheese casserole to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, then turn it off and let the casserole stand in the oven for 40 minutes.

Our cottage cheese casserole on protein with dried apricots and dates is ready! It turned out crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. It can be consumed both warm and cold.

Cottage cheese casserole - what could be simpler and tastier? Like many other dishes, the casserole was born thanks to the ingenuity of a talented chef. Several centuries ago in France, a skilled culinary specialist came up with the idea to collect what was left after dinner in one large dish, pour it all over with beaten eggs and milk and put it in the oven. In Rus', this dish was tried only in the 18th century, when it became fashionable to borrow recipes from Europeans.

The casserole, including curd casserole, has been improved thanks to the tireless creative search of chefs. Today we will share with you a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with whipped proteins and fresh grapes.

Juicy and tender, and at the same time hearty and healthy cottage cheese casserole will become your family's favorite dish. Cook with pleasure!

Dear readers, another important and useful news from my blogging mentor Denis Povag. I recommend to those who want to earn:

I haven't posted any recipes in a long time. On the other hand, now there is no way to invent anything, the diet is very strict, almost no carbohydrates. But during the holidays, when the whole family eats goodies, you also want something special.

And so, I came up with: a rather simple cottage cheese casserole that you can eat during the first half of drying. Maybe even the first two thirds. There is nothing but protein. Therefore, by the way, you need to be careful and not eat everything at once.

So, we need:

  • two packs of fat-free cottage cheese (I usually took 0.5%)
  • egg whites (about 5-6 pieces)
  • whey protein isolate (two scoops)

Easy to prepare:

  1. pour the cottage cheese into a bowl and chop a little (not much, just so that it does not lie in one piece)
  2. Pour in egg whites and mix thoroughly
  3. Pour the isolate into the mixture and mix thoroughly again
  4. put what happened in a baking dish (such that it does not stick to it)
  5. put the form in a preheated oven and bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on how quickly the casserole bakes (dries out, in fact)
  6. We take out a slightly damp casserole and cool (at this time it will still dry out)

That's all. Can be eaten during the day with coffee or tea. You can and even need to eat before bedtime.

Let me remind you once again that the amount of protein in such a casserole is very high. Therefore, what happened is two days. As a pleasant addition to the main diet.
