Touche "wine bar & kitchen is a graceful and accurate blow performed by Larisa Mamedova and Taras Kiriyenko! Touche' is located on the territory of Trekhgornaya manufactory, becoming another good reason for a trip to Rodchelskaya. The owner of the project is a graduate of the Ragout school Larisa Mamedova and her partner and chef -chef Taras Kiriyenko, made a bet on a democratic wine place and in the first round they have already won.

Touche' is a place where friends meet. The concept of the project was formed very quickly, and all internal processes were built around it. The menu, for example, is conditionally divided into two parts. In one of them, dishes are designed for one person, in the other - a lot of snacks that are convenient to share among the company. The wine list has a large selection of glass positions, which allows each guest to taste wines, focusing only on their own taste.

With the distribution of the main roles, everything is simple here. Larisa Mamedova is an ideological inspirer, she can often be found in the hall chatting with guests, in the carte blanche kitchen of Taras Kiriyenko.

Taras created the menu, not following only one gastronomic direction. His dishes are the author's reading of world trends, modern technologies and many years of experience. The menu includes sea bass ceviche with mango and sweet potato puree; Broccoli Touche'; stracciatella with tomatoes or baked potato ice cream with crème anglaise.
In addition to the main menu, he has developed a special lunch menu, which operates daily from 12:00 to 16:00, and a Saturday brunch menu. The latter will definitely appeal to “owls”, because you can order an omelet with jamon, eggs Benedict on a brioche bun or, for example, waffles until 17:00.

The wine list includes about 250 items and is designed for both connoisseurs and lovers. The “by the glass” section features 25 wines in constant rotation. For those who find 150 ml not enough, and 750 ml is already too much, there is an excellent choice of 375 ml bottles. In general, if knowledge in wine is just beginning to form, then it is here that you can get a higher wine education externally. The selection, of course, is widely represented by the Old World, but still the main focus is on the wineries of the New World and Russia. The price range is very wide and originates from the “democratic” category.

Another masterful lunge is the interior. The team of the architectural bureau POLYGON was engaged in it. The designers managed to capture and accurately convey the mood of the project. Dark tones, soft light, a lot of glass, large wine racks along the concrete walls - here you want to sit by the window, drink your favorite wine and not look at the clock...

Come here to fend off the wine list in 250 titles, neatly located on the wooden shelves of the racks and a new format of the kitchen, for which Taras Kiriyenko, the former chef of Ragout, is in charge. The interior is a tribute to fashion: a loft with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling display windows. The room is small, in one hall: an open kitchen, a bar, a lounge area with sofas, a large round table for the company and a dozen tables with assorted antique chairs of the 40s of the last century, specially brought from Austria.

It seems that they tried to please different visitors without losing the concept of a stylish place. In the summer, a cozy veranda grows in a quiet courtyard, freshness and silence, which there is no one to break here: the pace of life in a new space, closed from the bustle of the city, is not calm in a Moscow way.

Of the 250 wines on the menu, more than 20 by the glass ( from 300 rubles for 150 ml.). But of particular interest are wine tasting sets of five positions ( 1500 rub. - but it's worth it). For example, in Summer White - Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño are served with the freshest bread that is baked here, homemade ricotta with anchovies and a story about each wine. However, here they can tell you about any wine and help with the choice of snacks. And although food is usually on the sidelines in wine bars, the chef at Touche makes a lunge towards visitors first with homemade buratta, which he unexpectedly but aptly offers with strawberries, then hummus with baked peppers, carrots and oyster mushrooms, and the final chord , which does not give the opponent a chance for a reciprocal carcass - yellow tomato ice cream. The price for a ball is 80 rubles!

The basis of the menu is dishes for the table, for a company (from 450 rubles), but even here the obvious content is not always hidden behind the familiar name. So, for example, in a meat plate - duck riyette, rustic terrine, pate, crispy vegetables.
