- vegetable oil - 25 gr.;

For filling:

- pumpkin - 350 gr.;
- boiled rice - 200 gr.;
- onion - 80 gr.;
- vegetable oil for frying, butter, salt.

How to cook with a photo step by step




We measure the right amount of wheat flour, sift into a bowl, add about 1/2 teaspoon of fine table salt.




We dissolve dry fast-acting yeast in milk heated to 35 degrees, pour the dissolved yeast into a bowl of flour, pour a teaspoon of sugar there.




Pour vegetable or olive oil into a bowl.






Knead the dough for about 7 minutes, then cover the bowl with cling film and put it in a place protected from drafts.




We leave the dough for 50 minutes, while it rises, we will make the filling.




Transfer the cooked rice to a deep bowl and set aside.






We clean the pumpkin from the peel, cut it finely, simmer in heated vegetable oil until soft, add to the rice.




Finely chop the onion head, sauté in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, add to the rest of the filling ingredients. Salt everything together to taste.




Punch down the dough, divide in half. Roll out a round cake, put on a baking sheet. Spread the cooled filling over the dough, spreading evenly.




Roll out the remaining dough, cover the filling, pinch the edges. We make through cuts, grease with raw egg yolk. Leave it warm for 15 minutes so that it distances. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.






Place the baking sheet in the center of the hot oven. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven, cover with a clean towel, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm to the table.
