Orange cake in a slow cooker. Orange cupcake in a slow cooker: recipes

Good afternoon friends!

We have wonderful weather, a few days since winter came. Fluffy snow is falling, there is beauty on the street, and the mood from this is wonderful.

To make you happier, I suggest you enjoy a juicy orange muffin from a slow cooker.

This cupcake, so sunny, will bring warmth, comfort and good mood to your home.

Cooking time: active time 30 minutes. Total time 3 hours

Ingredients:

For the cake:

  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • zest of 3 oranges
  • flour - 220 g (1.5 cups)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 cup

For syrup:

  • 1/4 cup sugar

For glaze:

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar

How to cook a juicy orange cake in a slow cooker:

Grate orange zest

Squeeze juice out of them. I do this: I cut the orange in half, scroll through the pulp with a fork, and then easily squeeze out all the juice.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

Add eggs, zest and beat again

Now pour in the yogurt and orange juice, mix again

Mix flour with salt and baking powder, sift into a bowl

Combine the dry mixture with the liquid, mixing gently

While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup. Mix sugar and juice and cook until sugar dissolves. I cooked in the microwave at 750V for 4.5 minutes, taking it out twice to stir.

After the signal, check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick (it should come out dry and clean), leave it in the slow cooker for 5 minutes. Then take out the pan and leave the cake for another 10 minutes in it.

Now you can take it out of the pan and while warm, pierce the entire surface of the cake with a toothpick

Pour over the syrup. You can do it right in the pot.

Leave to cool

Once the cake has cooled, prepare the frosting. Mix juice, milk and powder well. You can adjust the thickness of the frosting by adding more or less juice.

Pour the frosting over the cake and let it set.

I hope you enjoy this bright and fragrant cupcake as much as I do.

Bon appetit and good mood to you!

Now let's start making a very tasty orange cupcake.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh orange, large - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 multi-cup
  • Butter - 100g.
  • Flour - 1.5 multi-cups
  • Baking powder for dough - 1.5 tsp.
  • Vanilla or vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar for decoration or icing.

How to cook:

1 Pre-melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave.

2 We clean the top, bright orange peel of an orange on a fine grater. Then cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice. This can be done with a special citrus press, or call on the help of a beloved husband with strong hands.

3 Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until a stable foam is formed, and carefully grind the yolks with sugar. Then, very carefully combine both resulting masses.

4 Add melted butter to the mixture.

5 Sift the flour through a fine sieve to clean it from various small impurities and enrich it with oxygen. Then add the baking powder and vanilla to the flour.

6 Gently mix the egg mixture and flour mixture. After mixing, pour orange juice into the dough and add the zest. If you want to decorate your cake with icing, save some orange juice for it.

7 Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the cake batter into it.

8 Turn on the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes. We check the readiness with a match or a wooden toothpick. If the stick comes out clean after it has been pierced, the cake is ready.

9 Prepare the frosting. Mix the orange juice, which we set aside when preparing the dough, and mix the powdered sugar.

10 We take out the baked cake from the multicooker bowl using a stand for steaming.

11 When the cake has cooled a little, grease it with the prepared icing.

Bon appetit!

A very airy cake is obtained according to this recipe, with a delicate taste, with a surprise moment.

The recipe is taken as a basis, they always turn out airy for me, so I decided to cook cake in a multicooker according to this recipe. But I changed the citrus, because only orange juice was available, and when I made dough for a cupcake, they gave me a grapefruit. So the friendship of orange and grapefruit turned out in this magnificent cupcake. I also liked it because when you get a slice of grapefruit in a sweet cake, you get a delicious mixture of slightly bitter grapefruit with a sweet cake.

For an orange cake in a slow cooker you will need:

175 grams butter or margarine

100 grams of sugar

80 ml or half a multi-glass of orange juice

3 grapefruit slices

1 teaspoon baking powder

200 grams of sifted wheat flour

powdered sugar for sprinkling.

How to bake an orange cupcake in a slow cooker

As always, if we bake a cake, we mix softened butter and sugar. It is convenient to do this with an immersion blender.

Add eggs, beat. Eggs are best added one at a time.

Add orange juice, stir.

Add flour and baking powder.

Cut the grapefruit slices into small cubes (pre-clear the partitions) and carefully mix into the dough.

We spread the dough in a multicooker greased with vegetable oil and turn on the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes.

I baked in a multicooker "Panasonic 10" with a power of 490 watts.

This is what the cake looked like after I opened the lid after the timer signal, turned off the heating and kept it in the slow cooker for only 5 minutes (just in case).

Love cupcakes? We offer to cook

This morning I thought for a very long time what to bake for tea. After looking at the products that I had at home, I decided to cook a chocolate-orange muffin in a slow cooker.

Before, I had never cooked a chocolate cake with oranges and I was wondering what I could do. And I decided to bake a cupcake not in the oven, but in a slow cooker, since the pastry in it turns out to be more magnificent and it does not burn. It took me literally 10 minutes to prepare the dough, and a little more than an hour to bake the cake. The effort and time that I spent on making the chocolate-orange muffin fully justified itself.

As I expected, the cupcake will turn out very beautiful and airy. His taste was just amazing. In my opinion, chocolate and orange are just the perfect combination. My whole family was just delighted with this cupcake. Now, I will cook it regularly, as the cupcake turned out to be just wonderful.

I also offer a recipe that is cooked in a Panasonic multicooker.

Ingredients for Chocolate Orange Cake

  1. Orange - ½ piece
  2. Flour - 200-250 grams
  3. Margarine - 150 grams
  4. Sugar - 140 grams
  5. Cocoa - 1.5 tablespoons
  6. Egg - 3 pieces
  7. Soda (slaked with vinegar) - 1 teaspoon
  8. Vanillin - 2 pinches
  9. Powdered sugar - for decoration

We take half of a ripe and juicy orange and pass it through a meat grinder. You can also squeeze juice from an orange, and the zest will need to be grated on a fine grater.

We melt the margarine in the microwave. It can be replaced with butter if desired.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs in a thick foam. You can use a mixer for this. Then add sugar and continue beating. Gradually pour in the melted butter and baking soda slaked with vinegar.

The resulting mixture must be divided into two equal parts. In one part we add crushed orange.

Next, put one pinch of vanilla and most of the flour. The dough should not be too hard.

In the second part, we add cocoa powder and one pinch of vanillin, and mix everything well.

Lubricate the pan from the multicooker with margarine. First, put the orange dough. Put chocolate on top of it. Using a spatula, make vertical streaks. We bake a chocolate-orange muffin on the “Baking” mode for 65 minutes.

Cake is ready. Open the lid and cool the cake right in the slow cooker.

Take the cake out of the pan and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

You can also make icing sugar and pour over the cake. Bon appetit!
