The kitchen of the new institution was headed by a member of the national guild of chefs, TV presenter of culinary programs Kirill Golikov, who has been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years. The cafe is managed by Svetlana Vorobyova, who previously worked at Correa's, Mari Vanna, Michel's Bakery and Uilliams.

For breakfast, which is served here all day, guests are offered to order an omelette (150 rubles), fried eggs (150 rubles), oatmeal (150 rubles), cheesecakes with sour cream and raspberry sauce (250 rubles), cottage cheese with sour cream and mint ( 250 rubles), pancakes with sour cream or condensed milk (180 rubles), toast sandwich with chicken breast (280 rubles) or smoked turkey (300 rubles). Later breakfasts will be prepared on weekdays from 08:00 to 12:00 and on weekends from 09:00 to 15:00.

The main menu includes a club sandwich with chicken breast and bacon (390 rubles), burrito with beef and beans (350 rubles), roast beef with arugula and sauce (450 rubles), borscht with beef and sour cream (250 rubles), turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes (350 rubles), sockeye salmon steak with lemon sauce and Norwegian potatoes (550 rubles), meat lasagna with sour cream (280 rubles).

In addition, the cafe offers free delivery in the Yakimanki area from 09:00 to 21:00. For example, citizens can order a baguette sandwich with roast beef (290 rubles) or salmon (290 rubles), salad with eel and cucumbers (260 rubles), kimchi (90 rubles), potato casserole with meat (90 rubles), and meatballs with pepper sauce (170 rubles). As for drinks, they offer sea buckthorn tea with honey (300 rubles), chamomile tea (300 rubles), cappuccino (250–400 rubles depending on the volume), latte (250–450 rubles), cocoa (250–400 rubles). There is no alcohol in Copernicus.

The cafe is decorated in French style, in green and white colors, French chanson and modern classics sound in the background, vases with meringue are placed on the shelves.

The first two weeks after the opening of the cafe - from January 25 to February 8 - all visitors, when ordering any dish or dessert from the window, are given coffee to go as a gift, for this you need to say the code word "Copernicus".
