1. Kefir slightly warm. This can be done over low heat on the stove or in the microwave. You need to heat up to a warm state, about 30-40 degrees, no more. If you overheat, kefir will exfoliate, whey and cottage cheese will stand out. Then pancakes won't work. Pour warm kefir into a large bowl in which you will knead the dough.




2. Add one chicken egg. It will give the pancakes extra splendor.




3. Pour a little salt into the future dough, literally at the tip of a teaspoon. Why put salt in sweet dishes? The fact is that this product enhances any tastes, so salted dishes seem tastier. But if you do not want, you can not put salt in the pancakes.




4. Now add sugar. This is a required ingredient. Sweet tooth can put more sweetener, 4-5 tablespoons is enough for me. Pour in a bag of vanilla sugar.   • sunflower oil - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 50 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour yogurt into a saucepan and put on a small fire to warm up.
  2. Pour baking soda into it right away.
  3. When the mass is heated, the soda will rise in large bubbles, remove the kefir from the heat.
  4. We break raw eggs into kefir mass.
  5. Pour granulated sugar, vanillin.
  6. Slowly add the flour, stirring the mixture with a fork.
  7. Load everything into a blender and grind.
  8. When you get a homogeneous dough, add vegetable oil.
