  • Minced meat must be chosen very carefully. It should be of uniform consistency and color. Read the ingredients, it should not contain anything other than meat. If you see mechanically separated meat in the product, do not buy this product. This means that there are connective tissues, skin, fat and tendons, processed in a special way. It is almost impossible to calculate such components in minced meat. Also, high-quality minced meat cannot cost much less than meat. If the price is too low, don't try to save money. Most likely, such a product contains many cheap and harmful ingredients.

If the minced meat smells like spices, this is a sign that the manufacturer or seller wanted to hide the unpleasant odor. It is also important to find the expiration date and other important information on the packaging. This is the energy value, manufacturer contacts, etc.

Thin lavash roll with filling, baked in the oven

Ingredients:

  • large – 1 pc.;
  • ham – 550 g;
  • green onions – 3-4 stalks;
  • hard cheese – 140 g;
  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • sour cream – 150 g;
  • salt;
  • spices;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Boil four eggs for eight minutes, then immerse them in ice water for a minute, peel and pass through a coarse grater. At this time, chop the ham, pre-peeled sweet bell pepper and green onions into very small cubes. Grate hard cheese.

Place all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add one hundred grams of sour cream, salt to taste and mix. Unroll the pita bread on a flat surface. For ease of working with it, you can cut a large layer into two halves. Beat one egg with the remaining sour cream, add a little salt, add spices and coat the surface of the pita bread with the resulting mixture. Then cover it with a layer of filling and roll it up.

Place the product in an oiled baking dish or on a baking sheet, grease the top with the remaining egg-sour cream mixture and place in an oven preheated to 185 degrees. Let the dish stand until the desired browning, and then remove it to a plate, cut into portions and serve immediately.

Appetizer of pita bread stuffed with minced meat in the oven

Ingredients:

  • large thin pita bread - 1 pc.;
  • minced meat – 550 g;
  • hard cheese – 140 g;
  • onions – 110 g;
  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • fresh tomatoes – 200 g;
  • sour cream – 190 g;
  • – 160 g;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • fresh herbs;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Peel the onion, chop it into small pieces and sauté in refined oil until transparent. Then add the minced meat and cook on the fire, stirring, until cooked. Don't forget to season a lot of salt and ground black pepper.

Unroll the pita bread on the table, coat it with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, cover it with minced meat filling, lay out the tomato mugs, crush the surface with hard cheese passed through a grater and finely chopped fresh herbs, again a little mayonnaise with sour cream and roll the product into a roll. Place it on an oiled baking sheet or in a mold, grease the top with the remaining sauce and place in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for about twenty minutes or until the desired degree of browning.
