We’ve already written about puddings, but today I’ll tell you how to make a fun and sweet pudding with raisins and candied fruits. Raisins will add more sweetness to the pudding, and candied fruits will also decorate it. The recipe is suitable for children two years of age and older. By the way, I eat it myself with pleasure. Of all the puddings that I have prepared, I like this one the most (this is because I have a sweet tooth :)).

Preparation of rice pudding with raisins and candied fruits:

1. You need to boil the rice porridge in milk. To do this, pour 3 tbsp. spoons of purified cereal with a glass of water and boil until the water is absorbed. Then add an incomplete glass of milk and cook a little more over low heat. Add the yolk mashed with sugar, a pinch of salt and soaked raisins with candied slices to the finished porridge. You can first grind some of the raisins in a blender, then the rice will take on a brownish color when mixed.

2. Now you need to beat the white of one egg into a foam and add it to the rice-raisin mixture. Mix.

3. The form in which you will bake should be greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
