If you don’t know how to make yeast-free bread in a bread machine, then I have a simple recipe for you that is suitable for both the Moulinex bread machine and the Panasonic 2501. The thing is that I worked with this technique and I liked the result of the preparation.

Admit it, have you tried baking yeast-free bread in your assistant? I must admit, I thought about it once, but I didn’t find a similar recipe in the recipe book that came with the oven. And I left this thought... But for a while.

Not long ago I thought about yeast-free bread again. Still, it is believed that fresh baked goods with yeast are not entirely beneficial for our health, especially if we eat them very often (daily, for example). I don’t know if this is actually true, but it’s certainly harmful for your figure – the centimeters on your waist just want to add. Therefore, I urgently needed to find a recipe for bread without yeast. And I found it! And not only did I find it, but I also managed to bake this wonderful home building brick more than once.

It turns out that such baked goods are somewhat smaller than the usual bread made with yeast. But it still turns out very tasty, moderately airy and fluffy. And now I can calmly eat such bread without worrying about my figure or worrying about the health of my loved ones. So I advise you to try a piece, especially since preparing the baked goods is not at all difficult.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 2.5 cups
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Kefir of any fat content – ​​1 glass (250 g)

In the modern world, absolutely every housewife can prepare bread with kefir in a slow cooker. Mastering a simple recipe will not be difficult.

Let's prepare the following ingredients:

  • oatmeal (dry flakes) – 1 tbsp;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • rye flour - 1 tbsp;
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tsp;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp;
  • drain oil – 100 g;
  • kefir – 2 tbsp;
  • salt – 2 tsp;
  • soda – 4 tbsp.

  • corn flour – 130 g;
  • kefir 2.5% – 290 ml;
  • wheat flour – 345 g;
  • dry yeast – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar – 15 g;
  • salt – 10 g;
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml.

Preparation

First, warm the kefir slightly. Then pour oil and warm kefir into the bread maker bucket. Next, add salt, sugar and sifted flour. Finally, add the yeast and close the bread maker. Set the “Bread” mode, specify the weight 750 grams, time 3 hours and dark crust. Carefully remove the hot finished bread with a delicious crispy crust, wait until it cools down and only then you can cut it.

We suggest baking bread with kefir in a bread machine; homemade baked goods in it are always fresh and very tasty. This kefir bread tastes completely different, not like regular white or French wheat bread. In my bread machine, I tried several recipes for bread with kefir; I especially liked this one with semolina.   • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons,
  • Liquid – total amount 320 ml, of which:

  • Kefir – 200-250 ml,
  • Water – 70-120 ml
  • Cooking process:

    The ratio of kefir and water may vary, the main thing is to maintain the total amount of liquid.

    The step-by-step photo recipe shows kefir bread from a bread machine, which uses 250 ml of kefir and 70 ml of water.

    Measure the required amount of flour on the scales and sift it.

    Load all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket according to the instructions for your model (bulk products are first loaded into the Panasonic: yeast, flour, semolina, salt, sugar, and then liquid).
