The classic recipe uses beef, but since I didn't have any on hand, I used chicken.

Ingredients:

  • beef (I have chicken fillet) – 300-350 grams
  • carrots – 1-2 small in size
  • onion – 1 large
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves (I didn’t take it)
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • a little mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to cook


The hearty salad is ready!

With mushrooms and croutons

  • meat (chicken, beef or pork) – 300-350 grams
  • fresh or frozen mushrooms (champignons) – 200-250 grams
  • canned cucumbers – 2-3 pieces
  • onion – 2 medium heads
  • crackers – 100-150 grams
  • fresh dill – 1 small bunch
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • a little mayonnaise
  • a little salt and pepper mixture

How to do

  1. Cook and cool the meat.
  2. Cut it into cubes.
  3. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil.
  4. While they are roasting, peel and wash the onions.
  5. We cut it and add it to the mushrooms.
  6. Fry the mixture until the onion is transparent.
  7. Cool the onion-mushroom mixture.
  8. Cut canned cucumbers into cubes.
  9. Finely chop the dill.
  10. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  11. Mix all the ingredients.

With green peas

Necessary:

  • smoked chicken or sausage – 300-400 grams
  • carrots – 3-4 small
  • canned peas – 1 jar (or less)
  • onion – 1 piece
  • mayonnaise for dressing
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon
  • water – 50 milliliters
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon

How to cook

  1. Cut the washed and peeled onion into thin half rings.
  2. Mix the onion, water and sugar and marinate the onion for about an hour.
  3. After this, drain the liquid.
  4. Three peeled and washed carrots on a grater.
  5. Saute it until soft in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of oil, stirring regularly.
  6. Place the carrots on a plate and leave to cool.
  7. Cut the chicken (or sausage) into cubes.
  8. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise.

This salad will become even tastier if it sits for a while: at least an hour.

Salad most likely originated during Soviet cuisine, when housewives managed to prepare nutritious and healthy dishes from a simple set of products.   • Pitted olives - 1 can;
  • Mayonnaise - 220 gr.;

  • Chicken breast - 350 gr.;
  • Fried champignons - 300 gr.;
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;

Preparation:

The first layer consists of meat, cut the chicken breast into strips and use half. Place the first layer on the bottom of the salad bowl, previously greased with mayonnaise, then add mayonnaise again. For the next layer, separate the chicken yolks and chop them on a fine grater on top of the meat. Cover the second layer with mayonnaise. The third layer is prunes, cut into strips, also covered with mayonnaise. Place champignons, fried with onions, on top of the prunes, and don’t forget to grease them with mayonnaise. Next comes the cucumber, pre-chopped into large strips, salted and peppered. Mayonnaise again, a layer of chicken meat and mayonnaise again. Half of the proteins, crushed on a coarse grater, make up the next layer, covered with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with olives and remaining proteins.

It is advisable to use homemade mayonnaise as a dressing.

A glutton salad with chicken will cost less than with other meat. At the same time, it is not very fatty, which is important for people who watch their diet.

Recipe ingredients:

  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 3 pcs.;
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - 50 g;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:

Any chicken meat is suitable for the salad, but preferably lean. It is necessary to first boil the chicken meat for thirty minutes with spices, remove it from the broth and let it cool. Onions and carrots are peeled and chopped into half rings and brushwood. Then the vegetables are fried until soft. The meat is cut into cubes. Finely chop the cucumbers. We combine all the products, add salt and spices to taste and pour in mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.

It is better to use salted rather than pickled cucumbers and low-calorie mayonnaise in the salad.

Glutton salad - bonus

A hearty salad as a main dish for the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • Pork - 300 gr.;
  • Green peas - 0.5 cans;
  • Onion - 2 pcs.;
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Vegetable oil - 150 gr.;
  • Lemon - 1 pc.;
  • Crackers - 20 gr.;
  • Salt, pepper, bay leaf, coriander.

Preparation:

Boil the sliced ​​meat in portions with the addition of spices and salt, cooking time is about 25 minutes. We cut the peeled carrots lengthwise into long and thin strips, then fry them over medium heat. We try to chop the onion as finely as possible, adding it to the already fried carrots in a frying pan with the addition of salt and pepper. Prepare the dressing by breaking two eggs into a glass, adding salt and pepper and blending with a blender. While beating, add oil in a thin stream. You must add lemon juice to the resulting mayonnaise. The cucumber is cut into small pieces in the form of straws. Cut the finished meat lengthwise along the grain into small pieces. The first layer is meat. The second layer is fried vegetables. The third layer is cucumbers. The fourth layer is polka dots. Pour in our sauce and mix. Add lemon juice to taste and sprinkle with crackers.

Preparation:

Peeled onions and mushrooms are chopped and fried for 12-15 minutes, turned off and allowed to cool. The tongue is boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces. The carrots are grated and chopped capers are added to it. Prunes are washed, blotted and cut. The cheese is crushed on a coarse grater. The sauce is prepared from sour cream, mayonnaise with the addition of salt and pepper. Separately laid out salad components are soaked in sauce and collected in a salad bowl in the following sequence: first layer - mushrooms and onions; second layer - pork tongue; third layer - carrots with capers; fourth layer - prunes; fifth layer - cheese.   • Beef liver - 700 gr.;
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Salty crackers - 2 packs;
  • Mayonnaise - 80 gr.;
  • Flour - 10 gr.;
  • Vegetable oil - 20 gr.;
  • Salt pepper.

Preparation:

The liver is cleared of film and cut into small portions. The onion is cut into cubes, the carrots are grated. Sprinkle the liver with flour and fry in vegetable oil, adding salt and pepper. Place the cooked liver in a colander to remove excess liquid and allow to cool. Fry the onion until golden brown and add carrots, salt and pepper to your taste. As soon as the carrots become soft, remove from heat and add to the liver. Give it a chance to cool down. Season with finely chopped garlic, add crackers and add mayonnaise. Stir and let sit for five minutes. Served both cold and hot.

Do not overheat the liver, otherwise it will become tough.

The salad combines Korean carrots and ham very well. The taste develops gradually with each new layer of salad.

  • 250 pickled champignons;

  • 150 grams of canned beans;
