A quick pie with mayonnaise is amazingly delicious. This pie is a snack for all occasions. And it will help you out in a situation when you don’t have time.

Since the filling can be changed and you can use your imagination, you can make several hit snack pies using this recipe. This pie is great to make and take with you as a snack when going out. Or as a quick treat. Or when you want something tasty, but don’t want to perform any special feats in the kitchen.

By the way, on the weekends, when you want something like this. Maybe someone will find it useful today.

  • 1 cup flour (sift flour as usual)
  • 200 g or 1 glass of mayonnaise (I just left the package)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Greens (dill, parsley, green onions)
  • Italian herbs, marjoram, oregano

Second filling option: mashed potatoes with mushrooms (especially tasty with white ones - as much as you want)

Preparation

The mayonnaise dough for the pie is prepared simply: mix mayonnaise, eggs, sour cream, flour and soda. As I already wrote, there is no need to extinguish the soda. The result is a mixture with a consistency similar to thick sour cream.

Grease a baking pan (if you have a silicone one, you don’t have to grease it) with butter. I had a detachable one. You can cover it with baking paper first, just in case. I didn't do that, and getting the pie out was fine. Then put about 2/3 of the dough mixture into the mold.

For the filling, mix cottage cheese (I had one package of 240 g) with chopped herbs. You can take whatever you have from greens: parsley, dill, green onions. That's what I used.

Mix well, add salt and pepper, add the spices you like (I wrote what I think is most suitable for this filling) and put it in the form with the dough.

Pour the rest of the dough mixture on top. Since the dough with mayonnaise and sour cream is liquid, you don’t even need to level it, it will do it itself.

Bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

After baking, the cake looks so gorgeous.

After cooling, our quick mayonnaise pie sinks slightly, but the taste does not suffer from this at all.

Ingredients

0.5 kg cabbage;

Quick mayonnaise pie with onion and egg

Another version of the pie made with kefir and sour cream, but the dough is slightly different. The baked goods are very tender and juicy; you can add them to the filling if desired.

  • 8-9 tablespoons of flour;

  1. Mix dry Provençal herbs with flour. If you don’t have a ready-made mixture, you can collect herbs yourself to suit your taste: basil, oregano, marjoram. It works well with caraway seeds and dill. Add ripper. You can make the dough without it, it will also work, but the cake will be a little denser.
  2. Place a couple of eggs in a bowl, add salt, and whisk with a fork or whisk.
  3. Add four tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise each, stir well.
  4. Now add the mixture of flour and aromatic herbs.

  • Pizza dough can be poured not only into a mold, but also onto a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Use a spatula to give any shape. This base will be thin, and the top will be perfectly browned, since the boots will not interfere.
  • Mayonnaise can be used to prepare not only dough for salty, but also for sweet pies. You just need to add more granulated sugar. From this mass you can prepare quick charlottes with apples, berries, and nuts.

For the test you will need:
mayonnaise - 250 gr;
sour cream 250 - gr;
chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;

The dough for the jellied pie is ready, all you have to do is let it stand for half an hour.

How to prepare chicken stuffing

While the dough is infusing, there is time to prepare the meat filling.

Chop the chicken fillet into 2x2 pieces. Fry in hot vegetable oil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly so as not to burn.

Add finely chopped onion, fry for another 5 minutes.

Add your favorite seasoning, I use suneli hops, stir and fry for 5 minutes.

Grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater.

Place the meat in a deep plate, add grated potatoes, add salt and mix. The filling is ready.

How to make a quick chicken pie

Pour half of the dough into a greased mold.

Distribute the filling evenly.

Fill with the second half of the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and leave for another 5-10 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick or knife. If nothing sticks, the baked goods are ready.

Serve this delicious dish as an independent dish, but to make it even tastier, you can make a salad of ripe tomatoes, and in winter - with sauerkraut, it’s very tasty.
